Go to your profile by tapping “Profile”. Tap the “≡” located in the top-right corner. Tap “Settings and Privacy” Go to “Orders”. In the top right corner (near Your Orders), tap “View All”. Choose the relevant product. Select “Contact TikTok” and if the following “Frequently asked questions” and “Topics” are not the solution you were looking for, please click “Submit request”.
